ANSWER: Many internet sites offer “gender selection kits,” and some doctors offer jellies and other forms of “natural gender selection” methods. However, none of these supposedly natural methods of gender selection has been properly tested, and there is no guarantee that it works. Even worse, “natural gender selection” methods usually do not drastically improve the probability of having a boy (or a girl, depending on which sex you want in your baby).

The fastest and most reliable way would be to use IVF + PGD. By transferring two male embryos after PGD, you have a good chance of conceiving twin boys. All other methods do not have the ability to increase the likelihood of having twins. For more information please contact us.
