ANSWER: The cost of gender selection depends on what method you use. In general, the most accurate method, IVF combined with PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis), is the most expensive, sometimes approaching $15,000. Other methods can be cheaper, but they don’t have the same accuracy rate as IVF + PGD gender selection, which is almost 100% accurate.
